Doppelherz Omega-3 1400 Tablets consist of valuable omega-3 fatty acids from 1400 mg sea fish oil in concentrated form.
One capsule of Doppelherz Omega-3 1400 provides 485 mg of these valuable fatty acids, including 285 mg EPA and 190 mg DHA. The capsule contains omega-3 fatty acids from sea fish oils in concentrated form. Adequate exercise and a healthy diet are important components of a healthy lifestyle. An unbalanced diet often contains too many saturated fatty acids, animal fats, or cholesterol. In contrast, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are often insufficiently consumed.
